DataThrive helps mission-driven organisations use research and data more effectively — not just to prove impact, but to strengthen it. Founded out of my experience in local government, where I saw passionate teams often working without the right research support, DataThrive bridges that gap. We work with charities, social enterprises, and public sector teams to make data practical, meaningful, and actionable — turning evidence into clearer stories, stronger decisions, and more effective social change.
I’m a researcher and data analyst with a background in psychology (BSc, MSc) and over five years of experience across public and social impact settings. I specialise in mixed-methods research and data analysis that turns complex findings into actionable insights. My work has spanned service design, performance monitoring, and community consultation. In my spare time I also volunteer with national charities and nonprofits researching creative health and youth policy. What drives me is using evidence in ways that are ethical, empathic, and empowering — helping organisations improve services and outcomes, and ultimately supporting people to do impactful work more effectively.

I’m a qualitative researcher with a background in psychology (BSc, MSc) and a strong interest in understanding people’s experiences. My academic training has equipped me with expertise in qualitative research methods, particularly interview-based approaches and thematic analysis. Alongside this, over a decade of experience supporting individuals in education and wellbeing settings has strengthened my skills in conducting meaningful conversations, needs assessments, and sensitive data collection.I bring a person-centred, empathetic approach to research — ensuring participants feel heard and insights are grounded in real lived experience.
